Attorney’s Fees
In establishing the fees the “Andraşoni & Pop” Law Firm (General Partnership / Professional Limited Liability Partnership) is promoting, in accordance with the criteria stipulated in the act concerning the attorneys, the principle of direct negotiation that is based on the following coordinating elements:
- the nature, object, complexity and degree of difficulty of the trial or of the legal matter;
- the level of professional training, expertise and experience of the attorneys implied in the trial;
- the time and amount of work necessary for the carrying – out of the action required by the client;
The attorney’s fees are flexible and are computed in such a way that they are in accordance with the criteria of fee establishment and custom tailored to each client’s budget.
The Law Firm charges the following types of fees, in accordance with the fees stipulated by the Cluj County Bar Association:
- flat fee
- percentage fee
- contingent fee
- combinations of the above mentioned types.
