The “Andraşoni & Pop” Law Firm (General Partnership / Professional Limited Liability Partnership) has two partner attorneys with a vast experience, and young attorneys who are collaborators or interns; all of them however having a flexible and efficient approach.

Diana Andraşoni, partner, graduate of the “Dimitrie Cantemir University” of Bucharest, Faculty of Law of Cluj – Napoca, 1997, licentiate in law, member of the Bucharest Bar Association from 1998 until 1999, and currently, since 1999 member of the Cluj County Bar Association.

Att. Diana ANDRAŞONI has also pursued an educational activity at the “Dimitrie Cantemir University” of Bucharest, Faculty of Law of Cluj – Napoca, as a junior teaching assistant (1998 – 2000), assistant professor (2000 – 2002), lecturer (2002 – 2007), being also a Ph.D. degree candidate in commercial banking law and she has works published in specialized magazines; since 2001 she is a member of U.N.P.R.L. (insolvency professional).
 
Att. Diana ANDRAŞONI is specialized in litigation and consultancy in the following practice areas: commercial, banking, labor, tax and environmental law and also in many areas of civil law.

Cristina Maria Pop, partner, graduate of the “Babeş – Bolyai” University of Cluj – Napoca, Faculty of Law, 1994, licentiate in law, member of the Cluj County Bar Association since 1994.

Att. Cristina Maria POP is working in the following practice areas: insurance, civil and family law litigations, consultancy and conducting inquires in the field of real estate. Beside these practice areas, the activity of att. Cristina Maria POP is focused on certain types of litigations in the area of criminal law.
